We understand that many clients will have already engaged an architect and possibly engineer prior to our involvement, in this instance we are only too happy to work with your professionals and make sure that we can contribute to the build going as smoothly as possible.
Initial Consultation – Complimentary service to discuss ideas, provide costs and explain the process of the proposed works.
Full Architectural Support – We will arrange a full survey and consultation at the property to work through with you the design of the project. Following this we provide construction and design drawings, planning and building control submission of the application.
Construction – Carried out as per the agreed and approved design, according to building regulations. We organise all relevant inspections, certificates and approvals, managing all suppliers and contractors in an efficient and friendly manner.
